Where we deliver
We arrange delivery countrywide from {{DISPATCH LOCATION}}. Delivery is quoted separately for each order because cost depends on machine weight, destination and site access.
Delivery cost

Lead times
- In stock — dispatched within {{X}} working days of confirmed payment.
- On order — the lead time shown on the machine page, confirmed at quotation.
Lead times are estimates. We will tell you promptly if anything changes.
Site access
Please make sure the delivery vehicle can reach the offloading point and that offloading assistance is available where the machine requires it. Tell us at the order stage if access is restricted so we can send suitable transport.
Receiving your machine
Inspect the machine on arrival and note any transit damage on the delivery note before signing. Report any damage to us within {{X}} hours with photographs so we can act on it with the transporter.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from our yard during working hours (Mon–Sat 08:30–18:00 (GMT+8)). Please arrange collection with us in advance so the machine is prepared and checked with you.
