Custom diesel-powered option
The same biomass press, built onto a diesel engine instead of an electric motor, for sites without a three-phase supply — confirmed at quotation.
Output varies with raw material, moisture, die size and configuration, and dimensions are length × width × height. Biomass output is quoted separately from feed-pellet output. Electrical control box specification is confirmed at quotation, and die and roller wear parts can be quoted with the machine.

What do LUCTORC pellet machines produce?
They press ground forage and mixed feed into pellets for cattle, sheep, poultry and fish. Feed, forage, biomass and recycled material all pellet on the range, though not every machine supports every material.
What range of models and output is available?
Four ranges and 29 models - standard flat-die, rotating-roller, K Series gear reducer and biomass - from 3 kW to 75 kW, producing 50 kg/h to 3,000 kg/h. Output varies with raw material, moisture, die size and configuration.
What power supply do the pellet machines need?
From 3 kW up to 75 kW. The biomass range also has a custom diesel-powered option for sites without a three-phase supply.
Can I buy dies and wear parts later?
Yes. Die and roller wear parts can be quoted with the machine and supplied afterwards.
