Warranty period

Machines supplied by LUCTORC Livestock Machinery carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at manufacture.
  • Replacement of the defective component, and the labour to fit it.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear parts — blades, belts, dies, screens, bearings and similar consumables.
  • Damage from operating the machine outside its rated capacity or stated conditions.
  • Damage from incorrect power supply, poor maintenance, or use of non-approved parts.
  • Damage from accident, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification.
  • Corrosion or deterioration from storage in the open where the manual requires covered storage.

Keeping the warranty valid

  • Service the machine at the intervals set out in the operator's manual and keep the records.
  • Use the recommended lubricants and genuine replacement parts.
  • Have repairs carried out by us or by a technician we have approved.

Making a claim

  1. Stop using the machine to avoid making the fault worse.
  2. Contact us at info@luctorc.com or on +254 106 668 888 with your machine reference, the delivery date and photographs or video of the fault.
  3. We will assess the claim and arrange inspection, on site or at our workshop, within {{X}} working days.

After the warranty

We continue to supply spare parts and paid servicing for the machines we sell after the warranty period ends. Contact us for a parts quotation at any time.
